Bus Departure Location and Timetable
Be there by 06:20! Please note the timeline for those who have reserved a seat an the bus (you can only ride if you have a seat!). PLEASE SEE BELOW IF YOUR NAME IS ON THE LIST! If you are taking any other means of transport, please let us know (office@europevsnorthamericagolf.jp)
The bus will depart 06:30 AM SHARP from Tokyo station, the exact place is on the Marunouchi side, in front of Shin-Marunouchi Building. Please note that loading your bags and all will require some time, so be there by 06:20AM.

Groupings
There will be either four or five foursomes starting
from the same tee. The foursomes have been made and changes at this point are not
in principle allowed. There will still most likely be changes due to last
minute cancellations, so please be sure to confirm the latest information either

- Submit one form for each player. If you wish to bring guest(s) , please note that you need to include all registration information for them also either through the comment box by signing them up separately (with a note that they are your guest).
- When you have submitted your application, you will receive an email confirmation of your registration details. at a later date you will receive an separate email with a payment link to online credit card payment service Stripe to make the payment for the registration fee of 3,300 yen and play fee 25,000 yen.
- Your registration is final (and added to the participants’ list on this web site) only after we have received payment of the registration fee.
- If you have already registered and would like to cancel, please email us to office@europevsnorthamericagolf.jp.
- In case you do not receive confirmation email to the address you registered after sending the registration form, please contact us at office@europevsnorthamericagolf.jp.

Becoming a Hole Sponsor (only for gold and platinum)
- Platinum sponsors can sponsor a hole for free. We will produce an A1 size poster for you with your choice of content and you can do some of your own promotion at the certain hole.
- If a Gold sponsor would like to sponsor a hole, there is an additional fee of 50,000 yen.
